The Modified Romberg Balance section is where the arresting officer enters results from administering the Romberg Balance (Balance Eyes Closed) test on the subject.

To enter the Romberg Balance test results:

1. To expand the Modified Romberg Balance section, click the section header or + in header bar
2. Sway Front to Back:  Select the amount of sway from front to back the subject exhibited when performing the Romberg Balance test
3. Sway Side to Side:  Select the amount of sway from side to side the subject exhibited when performing the Romberg Balance test
4. Enter the amount of time the subject estimated as 30 seconds while performing the Romberg Balance test

 

To continue with the DWI Arrest draft, the officer can move to the Convergence Field Test section by clicking on the section header or the + symbol in the header bar; or can continue with the DWI Arrest draft and move to the appropriate page by clicking on a tab in the case menu at the right side of the screen.
