The Rights/Court/Temp DL page is where the arresting officer enters details regarding the DWI arrest including: Miranda Information, Arrestee’s Rights Information, Arrestee's Arrestee (DPS) Rights Signature, Temporary Driver’s License, Arrestee's Certification of Arrest Signature, Court Information, and Arrestee’s Citation Signature.  Here the arresting officer documents the arrestee’s Miranda Rights details, when the Arrestee’s Rights were read and the Witness to the reading, whether the arrestee’s driver’s license is surrendered and if a temporary driver’s license was issued, court details, and the arrestee’s cooperation in providing their signatures for Arrestee (DPS) Rights, Certification of Arrest, and Citation.

• Arrestee’s Certification of Arrest Signature section:  Arrestee’s Signature (captured by Signature Pad or Manually Signed Printed Form, Refused to Sign or Unable to Sign)
