The Intoxilyzer/Chemical Information page is where the arresting officer enters the details from an Intoxilyzer or Chemical test administered to the arrestee including: Intoxilyzer Information, Testing Officer Information and Chemical Test Information.  From this page, the officer can import test results from an Intoxilyzer 9000 device, enter test results from a Intoxilyzer 5000 device, clear previously imported or entered Intoxilyzer test results, review the testing officer, and enter details relating to a chemical test administered to the arrestee.
