The Manage User Account page allows an Administrator to view a user’s current information including: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Rank, Status, Agency, Command, Agency #, Email and Role.  From this page the Administrator can choose to:

• Edit an Existing User's Account
• Reset a User's Password
• Deactivate/Reactivate an Existing User's Account
• Transfer an Existing User to a New Agency or Command
