Reset a User's Password
Administrator Functions > Manage an Existing User's Account > Reset a User's Password

An Administrator or Help Desk user can reset the password for an existing user who has been locked out of the LADRIVING system.  The Administrator or Help Desk user provides the locked out user a system-generated, one-time, temporary password which must be changed once the user logs into LADRIVING.

To reset a user’s password:

  1. From the selected user’s Manage User Account page, click the Reset User Password button
  2. Click Yes to confirm reset of user’s password
  3. Copy and provide the Temporary Password to the locked out user
  4. Click the OK button
  5. Click the Exit button to exit the user’s account
