The Manage Release Notes page allows the System Administrator to manage system Release Notes and Release Alerts. Release Notes contain a high-level overview of the new features, enhancements, fixes, known issues, impact, and other changes brought into the system when an application update is released or added to LADRIVING. The Release Notes entries listed on the Manage Release Notes page are available for users to read and review at any time under the Release Notes tab in the Left Side Navigation Menu. Release Alerts help to notify users of these recent updates and changes by alerting them when they login to the LADRIVING system.

Settings and options available on the Manage Release Notes page include:

• Release Alert Settings
  • Release Alerts – Toggle On/Off – Turns the Release Alerts on or off (see Toggling Release Alerts On & Off)
  • Release Alerts – Set Number To Show – The number of times to show the alert to the user (see Setting the Number of Instances a Release Alert is Displayed)
• Manage Release Notes (see Managing Release Notes)
  • Add - Adds a Release Notes entry
  • Edit - Edits the associated Release Notes entry
  • Delete - Deletes the associated Release Notes entry
• Manage Release Alerts (see Managing Release Alerts)
  • Activate Alert – Activates an inactive alert
  • Reset Alert Counters – Resets the alert counters on the active Release Alert
