The Probable Cause section is where the arresting officer documents the probable cause in arresting the driver.  This information is printed on the Affidavit of Probable Cause form.

To enter the probable cause for the incident:

1. To expand the Probable Cause section, click the section header or the + in the header bar
2. Click the Add/Edit Probable Cause button or the text field to popup the editing window
3. Enter the probable cause in the editor window's text field
4. Click the Ok button

 

To continue with the DWI Arrest draft, the officer can move to either the Narrative/Incident Notes or Certification of Arrest sections.  To expand a section, click on the section header or the + symbol in the header bar.
