The Narrative/Incident Notes section is where the arresting officer documents the narrative regarding the incident and any additional details.  This information is printed on page 4 of the Uniform DWI Arrest Citation form.

To enter the narrative and any additional details about the incident:

1. To expand the Narrative / Incident Notes section, click the section header or the + in the header bar
2. Click the Add/Edit Narrative / Incident Notes button or the text field to popup the editing window
3. Enter your narrative and any additional incident details in the editor window's text field
4. Click the Ok button

 

To continue with the DWI Arrest draft, the officer moves to Certification of Arrest section.  To expand the Certification of Arrest section, click the section header or the + in the header bar.
