System User Check
Administrator Functions > New User Enrollment > System User Check

During New User Enrollment, a System User Check must be performed first.  By selecting the Check for Pre-existing User button, the system checks the user’s Social Security # against the LADRIVING system database to verify if the user is currently enrolled.  If no record is found, the Administrator is allowed to continue with the User Enrollment process.   If the user currently exists in the system, the following message will be displayed: "A user already exists with the entered social security number.  To view that user's information, click View User Accounts." and allows the Administrator to navigate to the existing user's account.

To perform a System User Check:

  1. From the Administration page, click the Enroll New User button
  2. Enter the new user's Social Security #
    • This data is stored in an encrypted area in the LADRIVING system database
    • This information will not be printed on any material or forms
    • This information will not be available to non-administrators
  3. Click the Check for Pre-existing User button to verify if the user is already enrolled
    • If the user does not exist in the system, the Administrator may continue with the User Enrollment process

    • If the user currently exists in the system, the Administrator will receive a message and be offered a link to go to the existing user’s account
