Once an officer submits a DWI Arrest draft or Case Supplement draft for supervisor approval, it appears in the “Awaiting Approval” page for all supervisors within the arresting officer’s agency command.  From this page, a supervisor can open and view the submitted draft or supplement, or can “claim” and take ownership of the approval process.

A supervisor has the ability to:

• View a Submitted DWI Arrest Draft or Case Supplement Draft
• "Claim" a Submitted DWI Arrest Draft or Case Supplement Draft
• Approve a Submitted DWI Arrest Draft or Case Supplement Draft
• Reject and Return a Submitted DWI Arrest Draft or Case Supplement Draft
