After the supervisor “claims” a DWI Arrest draft or Case Supplement draft, they can review and approve the draft, or reject and return the draft to the submitting officer.  If the supervisor approves the draft or supplement, the status changes to “Approved” and is permanently locked in the LADRIVING system. 

For a supervisor to approve a submitted DWI Arrest draft:

1. Review the submitted DWI Arrest draft.
2. Click the Approval Process button at the bottom of the page.
3. Select the Approve and Finalize Case option.
4. Click the Save button.

For a supervisor to approve a submitted Case Supplement draft:

1. Review the submitted Case Supplement draft.
2. Click the Approve Supplement button.
3. Select Yes to confirm.
