The Scene Information section is where the arresting officer inputs the arrestee’s answers to the scene questions asked during the arrestee’s interview.

To enter the arrestee’s answers to the scene questions:

1. To expand the Scene Information section, click the section header or the + in the header bar
2. Were you operating a motor vehicle?:  Select Yes or No
3. Does the vehicle you were operating have any defects?:   Select Yes or No.  If Yes, enter Defect
4. Where were you going?:  Enter arrestee’s answer
5. Where did you start from?:  Enter arrestee’s answer
6. Destination Start Date and Time:  Enter arrestee’s answer
7. What highway or road were you on?:  Enter arrestee’s answer
8. Direction Traveling:  Select N for north, S for south, E for east, or W for west

To continue with the DWI Arrest draft, the officer moves to the Alcohol Consumption Details section.  To expand the Alcohol Consumption Details section, click on the section header or the + symbol in the header bar.
