The Alcohol Consumption Details section is where the arresting officer inputs the arrestee’s answers to the alcohol consumption questions asked during the arrestee’s interview.

To enter the arrestee’s answers to the alcohol consumption questions:

1. To expand the Alcohol Consumption Details section, click the section header or + in header bar
2. Have you been drinking?:  Select Yes or No.  If Yes, enter:
   1. Select alcohol type(s) consumed
   2. How Much alcohol was consumed
   3. Location alcohol was consumed
   4. Drinking Start Date and Time
   5. Drinking End Date and Time
3. Did you feel the effects of any alcoholic beverage or drugs when you were stopped?:  Select Yes or No
4. Were you involved in an accident today?:  Select Yes or No.  If Yes, enter:
   1. When accident occurred
   2. How long until police arrived
5. Have you had any alcoholic beverage since accident?:  Select Yes or No.  If Yes, enter:
   1. Alcohol Amount since accident
