The System-wide Alert page allows a System Administrator to manage a list of system-wide alerts or messages to be displayed across the entire system to all users. These alerts are displayed at the bottom of the LADRIVING screen and have a 150 maximum character count limitation.

 

 

System-wide Alerts

 

To create a system-wide alert:

1. From the System Administration page, click the System Alerts & Messages button
2. Click the System-wide Alert button
3. Click the Add New Message button
4. Enter new system-wide alert message in text field
5. Click the Accept button
6. Click the Exit button to return to the System Administration page

 

 

Create a new System-wide Alert

 

To edit an existing system-wide alert:

1. From the System Administration page, click the System Alerts & Messages button
2. Click the System-Wide Alert button
3. Click the Edit button next to the system-wide alert to make changes to
4. Make changes to the system-wide alert message in the text field
5. Click the Accept button
6. Click the Exit button to return to the System Administration page

 

To deactivate and delete an existing system-wide alert:

1. From the System Administration page, click the System Alerts & Messages button
2. Click the System-wide Alert button
3. Click the Disable button next to the system-wide alert to be deactivated and deleted
4. Click the Submit button in the confirmation window
5. Click the Exit button to return to the System Administration page
