Log On after Administrator Resets Password
User Functions > Accessing the System > Log On after Administrator Resets Password

After five (5) unsuccessful attempts to log on, the user will be locked out of the LADRIVING system.  To regain access, the locked out user must contact their Administrator to have their password reset.  The Administrator will then reset the locked out user’s password and provide a system-generated, one-time, temporary password to allow the user to log on to LADRIVING.  Upon log on, the system will require the user to change the temporary password and allow access to the LADRIVING system.

To log on after being locked out:

  1. Have the Administrator reset your password.
  2. Get system generated one-time temporary password from the Administrator.
  3. Open the LADRIVING application system.
  4. Enter your official employment email address in the Username field.
  5. Enter the one-time temporary password provided by the Administrator.
  6. Click the Log On button.
  7. Enter a New Password.
  8. Repeat the New Password.
  9. Click the Ok button.
