When presented with the Security Questions Prompt window, if the user enters an incorrect SS # or incorrect answers to their security questions, the system will display an error message.  The error message will notify the user their credentials are invalid. Upon receiving this message, the user's account will be locked and they must contact an Administrator to have their password reset.
