The LADRIVING Search page is where a Help Desk user is directed upon logging in to the LADRIVING system.  A Help Desk User has access to functions that help to assist officers or supervisors in troubleshooting LADRIVING issues.

 

A Help Desk user can perform the following:

• LADRIVING Search: Allows the Help Desk user to use a filtered search for approved cases (see Help Desk Search for Case(s))
• System Reports: Generate pre-built reports on LADRIVING data (see Help Desk Reporting)
• Admin:
  • Search/Manage User Accounts:  Allows the Help Desk user to search for an existing user(s) within the LADRIVING system and provides the ability to reset the password in a selected user's account (see Help Desk Search for an Authorized User(s))
