The Case Index section provides a chronological list of the case with the Date and Time, Case Number, User, and the Action performed.  The Case Index can be printed by clicking the Print Results List button.  The following actions are captured in the Case Index:

• Draft created
• Attachments added
• Case approval
• Supplement added
