The Arrestee section is where the arrestee’s personal information is input including: Name, Date of Birth, Social Security #, Height, Weight, Gender, Race, Eye Color, Hair Color, Hair Length, Hair Type, Facial Hair, Income Level, and comments regarding any Scars, Marks, Tattoos and Other.

When the card swipe or OMV search of the arrestee’s driver’s license or state ID card returns information about the arrestee, the system auto-populates data in some of the Arrestee fields.

If information is returned by a successful card swipe or OMV database search:

1. To expand the Arrestee section, click on the section header or the + in the header bar
2. Review auto-populated data in the Name, Date of Birth, Height, Weight, and Gender fields
3. Edit or enter any additional personal information for the arrestee:

   NOTE: Name, Date of Birth, Gender and Race are required fields.

   1. Social Security #
   2. Race
   3. Eye Color
   4. Hair Color
   5. Hair Length
   6. Hair Type
   7. Facial Hair
   8. Income Level
4. Enter any identifiable traits in the Scars, Marks, Tattoos and Other field

 

When no data is available by the card swipe or the OMV database search, the arresting officer has the ability to enter the arrestee’s personal information manually into the arrest case.

To manually enter the arrestee’s personal information:

1. To expand the Arrestee section, click on the section header or the + in the header bar
2. Enter personal information for the arrestee:

   NOTE: Name, Date of Birth, Height Gender and Race are required fields.

   1. Name (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name)
   2. Date of Birth
   3. Social Security
   4. Height
   5. Weight
   6. Gender
   7. Race
   8. Eye Color
   9. Hair Color
   10. Hair Length
   11. Hair Type
   12. Facial Hair
   13. Income Level
3. Enter any identifiable traits in the Scars, Marks, Tattoos and Other field
