The Investigative Query page is where an authorized user can run queries through the Law Enforcement Message Switch (LEMS) to retrieve motor vehicle information and criminal history information including arrests, prosecutions, convictions and incarcerations.  Investigative queries search the following local and national databases: Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV), National Crime Information Center (NCIC), National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS)/Louisiana Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (LLETS) and Computerized Criminal History (CCH).
